3. Deposits and Withdrawals
- Minimum deposit: ₱1 via GCash or Maya
- All deposits must be made using your own verified payment methods
- Withdrawals require completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification
- Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ₱100,000 (standard account)
- Zodiac Casino reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals
- Withdrawals are returned to the original deposit method in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements
4. Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated at the time of the offer
- Bonus abuse (including chip dumping, multi-accounting, or irregular betting patterns) will result in account suspension

- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on zodiac-ph.com are the property of Zodiac Casino or its licensors. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Zodiac Casino is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, device failures, or third-party service interruptions. Our total liability to any player shall not exceed their total deposits in the 30 days preceding any claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts, with PAGCOR as the primary regulatory body for gaming disputes.
